Stonebridge is an exclusive, private all-in-one venue with an in-house chef, a professional, friendly team of bar and waitstaff and a dedicated wedding coordinator who will oversee every aspect of your big day. And with its central South Island, just two hours south of Christchurch in the boutique town of Geraldine, Stonebridge is the perfect place to bring together your friends and family for a truly unforgettable wedding.

With a number of different ceremony locations at Stonebridge, couples can choose the one that matches the look and feel they want for their perfect ceremony. And our photogenic grounds, complete with magical secluded woodlands, means there are endless opportunities for your photographer to capture memories that last forever.

Our newly renovated, sun-trapped courtyard provides the perfect location for guests to mingle post ceremony while feasting on mouth-watering canapes and enjoying an ice-cold beverage from our stylish new outdoor bar.

The courtyard flows effortlessly down to the manicured lawn where your guests can enjoy the lawn games on offer or simply sit and smell the roses before being welcomed into the light-filled reception venue for a scrumptious dinner and evening you will cherish forever.

We want you to have an unforgettable wedding day and not be worried about any hidden extras so our pricing here at Stonebridge is completely transparent. It can be separated into three main areas – the venue hire fee, the catering and the beverages.

Your venue hire fee includes:

A dedicated Wedding Coordinator
Wedding rehearsal at a pre-arranged time prior to your wedding day
Exclusive use of the venue and grounds on your wedding day
Set up of the venue so you can relax and enjoy the lead up to your wedding without any additional stress
Ceremony set up
Set up of all linen, table settings, cutlery and glassware from our standard range by the Stonebridge team
Additional styling of the venue to match your theme/style so that everything ties in together

Wait and bar staff with a Maître’ D to look after the bridal table
Gift, cake and display tables
Portable sound system with wireless microphone for ceremony and reception
Set down of the venue at the end of the night, with everything boxed up how it arrived ready for collection the next morning
Complimentary courtesy coach to ensure your guests get home safely
Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages for your professionals (ie; photographer, band etc)
Bridal suite on the night of your wedding
